When Xùn activates Kūn, your affinity with the earth will be tested - you have to adapt it to a 'Wind' world: a choosing one. Knowing or seeing well makes judging or deciding difficult but sensible. Knowing or seeing little makes it easy, but you have to listen to the Wind.
Women (or yin) often ‘know’ things through a wider connection with the earth than Yang has, with ‘universe’, others, intuition and who knows what else. Make use of this intangible power: the voice of the Earth, the Wind! To live your life in safety and to the fullest, you need both, yang and yin.
The choices you make direct you to your destiny, your ‘yin‘ creates the road itself and the flowers on its side. What or who you meet with love will provide water when you are thirsty or a bed when you are tired. Question and cherish both the sensible and the intuitive choices, when autumn comes, they are your harvest.
This is the short answer - click for the complete one (with 'your' helpers).
About the 3 lines of the trigrams and the helpers:
Each line, active or at rest, summons one of the 8 trigrams as a Helper. For an activated line: telling you what you need - or about a problem area or something to avoid.
For a stationary line: this is what you already have or do or what you don't need. Often we just need a reminder of our abilities. Or it could be what you wish or fear - but will not happen.
Active lines are the helpers to change things, they listen to intentions, which can come from you, surroundings, or fate. Stationary helpers are part of the core meaning, they are your soul talking, but they also see the impossibilities or what is lacking at the moment. They reinforce the overall power of a reading.
