The mirror of 28.2-31.2-28.5-32.5

About flexibility and inflexibility

28.2 yang: A withered poplar tree grows shoots. An old man gets a real woman as wife. Nothing that does not bear fruit.
Flexible: if you meet what is right for you, (tree spring, man woman) then things will bear fruit.

31.2 yin: Affect one's calf. Pitfall. To settle is auspicious.
Don't be too flexible: don't react to every stimulus

Lines 28.2 and 31.2 are each others fanyao, like views on the same landscape but from a different side Wind-Mountain and vv. Asking for different (complementary) actions.

28.5 yang: A withered poplar grows foliage. An old woman gets a real man as husband. Without fault, without honor.
If flexibility is good depends on the situation/possibilities.

32.5 yin: Steadying one's character, Determination. Mature women auspicious, young men pitfall.
If inflexibility is good depends on the situation/possibilities.

Lines 28.5 and 32.5 are each others fanyao, like views on the same landscape but from a different side, Lake-Thunder and vv. Asking for different (complementary) actions.

Lines 28.2 with 28/5 and also 31/2 with 32.5 are each others qianyao (upside-down). Here are similar actions but in different (complementary) landscapes (context).
What was up, outside or mental, is now down, inside or physical.

See Mirror-index for explanation.
