Leading without being leader: respecting the people.

07.2 He lives in the center of the legion. Auspicious. Without fault. The king confers three commands.

Live what you do, be what you do.

08.5 Manifestation of alliance. The king performs a sanqu and lets go the game ahead. The people are reassured, auspicious.

Respect life. When other's lives are respected, they will accept alliance.
